Week 1 — Decide & Learn (Days 1-7)
- Day 1: Re-read the 5 paths in this playbook. Pick ONE. Write it down. Tell someone.
- Day 2-3: Research your chosen path deeply. Watch 5 YouTube videos from people doing it. Take notes.
- Day 4-5: Set up your tools. Create accounts. Install software. No more planning after this.
- Day 6-7: Build your first practice project. Ugly is fine. Done beats perfect.
Week 2 — Build Your First Thing (Days 8-14)
- Day 8-9: Build a real deliverable — an automation, a product MVP, a portfolio piece, a content series, or a demo agent.
- Day 10-11: Show it to 3 people. Get honest feedback. Iterate.
- Day 12-13: Create a simple one-page offer: what you do, who it's for, what it costs.
- Day 14: Publish your offer. Post it on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or send it to 10 people directly.
Week 3 — Find Your First Client/User (Days 15-21)
- Day 15-16: Reach out to 20 potential clients or users. DMs, emails, comments. Be specific about the value.
- Day 17-18: Offer a free pilot or heavily discounted first project in exchange for a testimonial.
- Day 19-20: Deliver. Over-deliver if possible. The first client/user is your proof.
- Day 21: Document the result. Screenshot. Testimonial. Numbers. This becomes your marketing.
Week 4 — Monetize & Systemize (Days 22-30)
- Day 22-23: Set your real pricing based on the value you delivered in Week 3.
- Day 24-25: Create a repeatable process. Template your deliverable. Document your workflow.
- Day 26-27: Reach out to 20 more prospects with your testimonial and case study.
- Day 28-29: Analyze: what worked, what didn't, what to double down on.
- Day 30: Decide: continue on this path, or pivot based on what you learned. Either way, you're no longer in the 95%.
